However, according to analysts, a significant strengthening of the pound and a reduction in the EUR/GBP course requires a steady stream of positive news about the growth of the UK economy that exceed expectations.

“Given the limited financial capabilities of Great Britain, we expect that in order for the EUR/GBP pair to decline, Great Britain will have to publish a number of news about the growth of the economy that will be better than expectations,” the Rabobank emphasizes.
